Islington Law Centre offers legal advice and representation on a wide range of issues including mortgage and rent arrears, bankruptcy, Debt Relief Orders, utility debts and credit debts, education, immigration and asylum, employment, welfare rights, small claims and consumer issues. We have a number of outreach services throughout the borough.
You can contact us in person, or by phone or email, but you will need an appointment to get specialist advice. For details of advice sessions at a range of venues in Islington, see the Advice Sessions leaflets below.

- Cost Details
- We do not charge clients for our service, but our ability to take new work is subject to capacity. You will normally qualify for free advice under the LSC Legal Help scheme if your income and savings are with in the eligibility levels set by the LSC. As a rough guide, people who are claiming means tested benefits will usually qualify. The Law Centre can assist people who are working and are on low incomes.
