Friends Of Highgate Cemetery

Highgate cemetery is listed by English heritage as a place of outstanding historical and architectural interest and also as a two star listed park. The freehold of the cemetery is held by the official custodian for charities and FOHC is solely responsible for the management of the cemetery, a task shared between volunteers and a few paid staff. Eastern cemetery is open�from 10am to 5pm April to October and 10am to 4pm�from November to March. Open at 11am at weekends. Western cemetery (open for guided tours only and booking is advised) is open weekdays at 2pm (not during December, January, or, Febuary), open weekends at 11am, 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm, last tour at 3pm in Winter.
