Islington Occupational Therapy Team
Islington's Occupational Therapy (OT) team can assess yours or your child's daily living skills and activities to help promote independence, facilitate discharge from hospital, avoid admission into care or hospital and promote rehabilitation.
The team also provides specialist equipment, minor adaptations, recommendations for major adaptations through council funding or Disabled Facilities Grant for private tenants, and re-housing reports.

You can self refer for most OT services. Re-housing reports must be requested via Housing Department as part of a housing transfer request assessment. Please call Rehousing Team on 020 7527 4140 to request assistance with rehousing.
